Frustrated with the limited choices and the need to serve his customers in their best interest, he founded the Hudson Insurance Agency in 1999. Becoming an independent agent allowed him to evaluate each customer's needs and match them with the company that would best suit them. This philosophy is what Hudson Insurance Agency is based on, and will continue to work hard for our customers serving them as "friends, not as a policy number."

Al is a current member of the Hudson Chamber of Commerce, Exit 4 Business Association, and an active volunteer in the Hudson community. Al enjoys spending his spare time with his family, hunting, and remodeling his home.

Nicole has been a resident of Hudson since 2003. She is a native of Inman, South Carolina, and a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. degree in Marketing. She began her insurance career in South Carolina while working as an Agency Customer Service Representative for State Farm Insurance. In 2002, she transferred to a State Farm agency in Woodbury, Minnesota, where she also worked as a Customer Service Representative. Nicole has been employed as an agent and advertising/marketing advisor for the Hudson Insurance Agency since February 2004.

Nicole is a current member of the Hudson Chamber of Commerce, is a Junior Achievement volunteer, and is actively involved with the driver's education department at Hudson High School. In her spare time she enjoys boating, watching football and NASCAR, and spending time with her family.

Jayne lived in Hudson for 16 years before moving to New Richmond, Wisconsin, with her husband in 2005. She is a graduate of Hudson High School and received her insurance training from Chippewa Valley Technical College. She was previously employed by State Farm Insurance and The Hartford, where she worked as a Customer Service Representative.

Jayne joined the Hudson Insurance Agency in May of 2004 as their office manager/accountant, Life agent, and licensed Customer Service Representative.

Jayne is a current member of the Hudson Chamber of Commerce, mentors students at Hudson High School, and is a Junior Achievement volunteer. In her spare time she enjoys watching football and hockey, and spending time with her family and friends.

Amber was raised in Spring Valley, Wisconsin. She moved to Glenwood City, Wisconsin, with her husband in 2001 and has been a resident there for the last 7 years. She is a graduate of Spring Valley High School. After high school, she went to work for the Glenhaven Nursing home for 4 years, when she left for a daytime position at Neighbor Care Pharmacy. After only being there for a short time, they closed the office.

During that time, her father-in-law was diagnosed with cancer and she stayed home to take care of him. After taking care of him for 3 months she had to return to work. She went to Zurich North American Insurance Company in Edina, Minnesota, and was a Customer Representative in the Workers Compensation department. After working there for 2 years, she accepted a position with Farmers Insurance Agency in Hudson, Wisconsin, where she was a Customer Service Representative. She went to school at CVTC in Menomonie and got her insurance license. After working at Farmers for 2 years, she was approached with a job opportunity at Hudson Insurance Agency. She is happy to be here, as our insurance agency is a wonderful place to work and she loves meeting all of the wonderful customers that they have.

Amber is a current member of the Hudson Chamber of Commerce. Amber enjoys spending time with her husband Chris, along with her family and friends. She also enjoys gardening, NASCAR, football, volleyball, and relaxing at home.

Lisa was born and raised in Springfield, Minnesota. She moved to Hudson in 1991 with her husband and family, and has been a resident for 17 years. She worked as a secretary for an attorney before leaving her job to be a stay-at-home-mom for her 3 children. In 2003, Lisa returned to work part-time for Maysack Company. She joined the Hudson Insurance Agency as a customer service representative in March of 2008.

Lisa has been an active volunteer in her children's schools and in the community. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, walking, watching Wisconsin Badger football, and spending time with her kids and husband, Brett.
